From a contract to a date you can check

Upload the agreement, check the proposed terms, then keep the confirmed dates in your calendar.

Upload the documents you want to review

Choose up to 10 PDFs or DOCX files at a time. Each file can be up to 10 MB; PDFs can have up to 30 pages. Start with a text-based document. Image-only scans and automatic OCR are not supported.

You need a verified, approved account before processing starts. Your workspace shows your remaining allowance.

Read the proposed terms beside their source

RenewalFolio looks for the vendor, fee, term, end date, notice period, renewal date, and automatic renewal language. Each proposed field includes source text when available.

A fee paid monthly may cover a full year. A SOW may end without renewing. Read the clause before accepting either result. Missing or uncertain information needs your attention; the model can be wrong.

Confirm what belongs in the calendar

Correct the proposed terms and confirm them after checking the original. Only confirmed results appear in your calendar. The default list shows all dates, so you can see a notice deadline in October next to its renewal in December.

Documents are reviewed individually. RenewalFolio does not automatically reconcile an MSA with every later SOW or amendment.

Use the dates where you work

Export the confirmed records as CSV, or create a private subscription link and add it to a calendar app that accepts an iCalendar URL. The feed includes confirmed vendor names and dates, without fees or source clauses.

Your calendar provider controls when it refreshes. RenewalFolio does not send non-renewal notices for you.
