8.2 Term and renewal
This Agreement begins on December 13, 2025 and continues for twelve (12) months. The annual subscription fee is $24,000 USD.
The Agreement will automatically renew for successive twelve-month terms unless either party provides written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date.
