Try RenewalFolio in the private beta
For operations, IT finance, and procurement teams that need a clear view of vendor renewals.
How do I get access?
Create an account with your name, email, and password. Click the verification link in your email. We then review your request before enabling document processing. Verification alone does not approve your account. We have not set a guaranteed approval time.
What does the beta cost?
The private beta is free. Processing is limited for each approved account, and the workspace shows its remaining allowance. The allowance covers processing costs; it is not a charge to you or a guaranteed number of documents.
Processing pauses when an account or service-wide limit is reached. Limits can change during the beta. No paid plan or future price is being promised here.
Which documents can I upload?
Text-based PDF and DOCX files, up to 10 per selection and 10 MB each. PDFs are limited to 30 pages. A separate text-length limit can reject longer documents. Scanned, image-only PDFs and automatic OCR are not supported.
What if a result is wrong or missing?
Read the source clause and correct the proposed field before confirming it. If the agreement is unclear, leave it unconfirmed until you have checked it. Extraction can miss details and does not automatically reconcile amendments.
Can I use my existing calendar?
Yes, if it supports subscribing to an iCalendar URL. Create a private feed in your workspace and add it to your calendar app. Refresh timing depends on that app. You can also export confirmed records as CSV.
Can I see a result before signing up?
The public example shows three fictional contracts and their seven dates. The PDFs are available to download, and the example does not require an account.
How long are documents kept?
The beta schedules automatic removal 30 days after upload. You can delete a document sooner once processing is no longer running. Read how document storage and deletion work before uploading confidential agreements.
