Check the terms behind the dates
The first two contracts renew automatically. The project SOW ends without a renewal. That difference matters when you decide what belongs in your calendar.
Harborline Cloud · $36,000 a year
Paid in twelve installments of $3,000. Monthly billing does not make this a monthly contract.
To prevent the November 1, 2026 renewal, Vendor must receive notice no later than October 2, 2026.
Section 4, page 1. The term ends October 31; the renewal begins November 1. The notice period is 30 calendar days.
